About the Role
The AMS Project Coordinator supports the Operations Manager in planning, executing, and overseeing Asset Management projects. The role involves coordinating activities, managing resources and technicians, tracking project deliverables and budgets, handling SAP administration, and ensuring communication across all stakeholders. The coordinator is expected to mentor the project team and ensure projects are sustainable and aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements
Must-have:
Experience working with SAP
Effective problem solving and work organization skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
High level of personal accountability, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to ask questions effectively to ensure accuracy
Preferred / Nice-to-have:
Prior experience in Asset Management Services
Leadership or team supervision experience
Familiarity with project budgeting, reporting, and risk escalation
